Karen has over 14 years experience in massage therapy, including working with in a physical therapy out patient clinic, teaching therapeutic exercises in aquatics and in the clinic. She graduated from Touching for Health in 2003 and has continued her education in Soft Tissue Release, deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone massage, fibromyalgia, headache relief, neck pain relief, relaxation techniques, pain relief for sciatica, low back pain reduction and carpal tunnel syndrome. She has recently added cupping to her toolbox.
