The body has a wisdom that can teach us about ourselves. With injury, massage therapy can be a wonderful tool to affect great change. Whether for rehabilitation, pain reduction, comfort or relaxation, massage can provide overall treatment to aid in our mind and bodies healing.
I truly believe in the many health benefits of massage, I want to 'pay that benefit forward.' When I'm not working I love going running, cycling, backpacking, camping. Spending time with my family. In 2015 I completed a yoga teacher's training workshop I found it helpful in teaching me to quiet my mind, truly clear my thoughts as well as stretching into asanas or postures.
